Good news!
I had a lot of concerns about this legislation especially if it is introduced by someone in the guardianship racket written with loopholes as large a sinkholes.
Withdrawn prior to introduction? That sends a clear message!
It is still active in many states, isn't it? Even with a win, attorneys come out the winners after a long court battle.
Most of the time, lawyers win. Most of the legislators are LAWYERS who are always considering what is in the best interest of the ABA!
I hope this flops like a bad moveie in every state before any more damage is done.
