No-One's Policing the Police

"I do not trust an organisation that can hide everything inside its walls and under this legislation to say that substitute-decision making which seems to be the bellwether word in that organisation and in the Guardianship Board is the best thing, no it's not, it's not if no-one's policing the police, so to speak."

This is also true of the legal profession.

Right, Anonymous! And worse than that, the judicial commissions and state bars defend the legal profession at all costs.

Excellent summary that could be applied worldwide.

I'm glad this family was able to prove their case and that is rare because they only avenue for complaints is to the people who are the target of the complaints.

Sounds like a cirlce with no end?

People need to remember this when they deal with their own lawyer.

Society makes fun of lawyers for having no real sum of ethics, yet we let our own lawyers get by with much too much.

Hey folks what happened to our lawful society that got lost in the muck in the snake pit of profits. Why are we promoting ourselves as a lawful society to other countries? Lies lies and more lies.
