When Sam Rausman was the temporary guardian for Esta Varon (see her youtube video) he was going on vacation and had poor Esta admitted to a psychiatric hospital until he returned. He later billed her estate for over $ 1,000 for his time that day!!!
I hope the courts have restricted him from future guardianships. It is he who suffers from "functional limitations" not his "ward"!
interesting how all these comments are on the same day in 2009. but does anyone know how much Fox News settled to resolve this case? I don't think so. Sam Rausman is a great guardian and he saved my parents lives by using the Courts of the great State of New York. Thank God for Sam!! He's my man!!

Anyone who saw the Fox reports saw Esta Varon was completely competent.
