Greed is good! Good for lawyers and judges getting kickbacks.

The same things - grief and greed - often lead to guardianship. And by the time the will is read, the inheritance the greedy were waiting for is all gone.

It's all vultures about taking advantage of the vulnerable.

Sometimes the vultures are relatives. Sometimes the vultures are the guardians, lawyers and the court.

I am looking forward to quality TV viewing. I hope the series the WILL has a long life.

With legs into the dark side of guardianship. All have one thing in common ~ $

In addition, many wards have WILLs which are disregarded by the guardian, in the end most often $00.00 is left in the estate for the rightful heirs.

IF a person does not have assets or income, no one would be putting legal documents in their faces or a pen in their frail hands hoping the victim moves the pen around and then call it a signature by a person of sound mind.

IF a person does not have assets or income, guardianship vultures would not be running to the courthouse with petition for emergency and permanent guardianship ~ would they?
