Fiduciaries Fight Your Fifth Amendment Rights

The effort at reforming the troubled and ineffective probate system in Arizona is at a crucial crossroads.

The question remains, who will be best served by new legislation aimed at reform...For-profit fiduciaries, the VERY people who have fleeced the public for years are fighting REFORM!

Remember Marie Long... $1.3 million in savings and now she lives on welfare after being in the care of the court appointed fiduciary!

Fiduciaries do not want to lose their ability to take hold of your money!

The Fifth Amendment is under attack!

Personal property and the right of for-profit entities to have total control of YOUR property WITHOUT due process is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and should not be tolerated!

TELL THE ARIZONA LEGISLATURE TO REQUIRE "CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE" AS THE STANDARD OF EVIDENCE BEFORE ANY PRIVATE CITIZEN CAN BE DENIED THEIR FIFTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS!

I am so proud of our Arizona members and what they are accomplishing with HB2424!

You are absolutely right. No one should be denied their personal property and finances unless there is a clear and salient reason to do so. I hope there is progress made in this issue with the interests of the people, not fiduciaries, in mind. Thank you for sharing

Certainly the fiduciaries are pulling out all the stops to kill HB2424, but I don't htink they can do it. The people are tired of being taken advantage of and they're fighting back!

I's not just the Fifth Amendment.
It's also the 1st Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment which are being violated.

Exactly right, the fids don't want to lose their ability to take ahold of vulnerable people's money.

But, they'd better get used to it because the folks behind HB2424 aren't going away!

Very accurate description. The fleecers are fighting reform because their livlihood depends on it.

No matter what the fiduciaries say, the Marie Long case shows them for what they are.
