In America we grow up learning about our great American justice system. When we grow up and become a litigant, we learn the truth - it's a sick system and getting sicker eveyr day, with blatant violations of due process by judges.

I think a lot of the problem is that law schools aren't teaching the basics about integrity, etc. Instead, it's all about how to win at all costs.

I wasn't smiling. I learned it firsthand!

And it just gets worse when they become full fledged lawyers.

Not every time, but most of the time.

Only in America

Everyone should watch the movie
Win Win written by an attorney who wrote it was taken from his journals ............ it showed how easy it is for judges not to follow the laws (court appointed attorneys are not supposed to be named the guardian but they are, how no one audits what is happening to the ward, how Adult Services liquidates everything .....and lastly when the attorneys get caught in wrong doings they make it look the the greedy family is the real villian ........... only an attorney with an ego would make sure attorneys look like saints when they violate the law ......
