What Adele Fraulen might have thought to be nothing more than a meaningless bad dream one night in 1935 would actually come true. At age 79 she would find herself living a nightmare -- a struggle for her life, simply because she innocently trusted the wrong professionals to help with her portion of a Million Dollar inheritance; they would steal her very existence. Her neighbors, Chris and Patricia Zurillo, would realize that Adele's life was going terribly wrong and dedicate themselves to freeing her from captivity. “Marked For Destruction” is a rare book that exposes an ever-expanding crime against our elderly.

Why hasn't the Senate Aging Committee invited Mr. Caravella to DC to talk about The Adele/Chris act? Or have they?

This is a must read because it really shows the intent and how far a greedy guardian will go to get to the money.

This is EXACTLY what we need. A federal law to force the states to do their job!

It is so nice of the neighbors to offer the book as an on-line read for free!

Folks this is one terrific book! When I received it, I couldn't put it down until the last page was read.

Suggestion: Have several extra copies to give to others.

Great job John! Thank you, thank you, thank you for years of dedication to this cause, God Bless You!

Exactly right on a national law would be the best way to go to reform 50 laws that fail to protect the person and estate from harm.

The citizens must stand up for uniformity now not later.

Reforming 50 state laws will take generations with high probability of the job failing to be accomplished.

Big big mega money for fiduciaries, guardianship teams, lawyers the list of those who profit is endless.

How many average citizens have any idea what is in their respective state statutes governing guardianships / conservatorships?

Have YOU read what is waiting for YOU and YOUR LOVED ONES?

Plenty of laws already that no one enforces.

We need federal intervention, just as NASGA advocates for.

Thank you for writing this model, Mr. Caravella. I only hope our legislators will read it.
