Daughter of WWII Veteran said...

This photo speaks volumes.

As the daughter of a World War II Veteran who suffered a stroke, court documents will show that my father was not appreciated, he was permanently harmed by a Catholic Chicago hospital Case Manager Social Worker who ordered my father to sign Notice Of Medicare Non Coverage.

Case Manager Social Worker working in concert with Humana without notice or warning took advantage of her patient when he was alone.

1) My father had a Health Care Surrogate.

2) My father's attending physician declared my father was 'confused unable to make decisions'.

WWII Veteran was denied approved benefits when he needed his rehabilitation therapy benefits from Humana Medicare DisAdvantage Plan.

See ABreachOfTrust.com for a compilation of news articles, for example:

1) Minnesota wants CMS to investigate Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans

— January 15, 2014

Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson is asking the CMS to investigate Medicare Advantage plans offered by Humana and has presented regulators with more than 25 affidavits of complaints from beneficiaries.

The affidavits allege, for instance, that Humana denied reimbursement for services that it is required to cover for all Medicare beneficiaries.........

More information from court documents will be available in the very near future.
